איך הכל התחילHow it all began

ארזטרוניקס נוסדה בשנת 2009 בראשון לציון על ידי איתי רוזן, מתוך תובנה פשוטה מהשטח: בעלי חנויות לא סובלים ממחסור במוצרים — הם סובלים ממחסור בספק אמין. יבואן שמבטיח ולא מספק, אחריות שנעלמת כשצריך אותה, ומלאי שתמיד "בדרך". איתי החליט לבנות בדיוק את ההפך.Ereztronics was founded in 2009 in Rishon LeZion by Itay Rosen, out of a simple insight from the field: store owners don't suffer from a shortage of products — they suffer from a shortage of a reliable supplier. An importer who promises and doesn't deliver, a warranty that disappears when it's needed, and stock that's always "on the way." Itay set out to build exactly the opposite.

But the principle was clear — hold real stock in Israel, provide an official warranty you can rely on, and deliver on time. A retailer who received a product in stock, warrantied and on time simply reordered. Those repeat orders are what built the business.

Today Ereztronics supplies chains, resellers and businesses across Israel — but the insight we started with remains exactly the same.
